The message is the bottle

The University of Roma 3 distributed 36.000 thermal bottles to the students in order to replace the around 10.000 plastic bottles that were used daily.

The initiative has been supported by the rector and the professors. They observed that students always had on their tables plastic bottles and they realised the dimension of the issue. Indeed, they decided to start following the European Strategy on Plastics that will ban the selling of single-use plastics from 2021.

The initiative received great echo and showed the commitment of the University towards sustainable policies and projects to raise community awareness.
